From Lifestyle-store owner to one of Queensland's most trusted wholesale fashion and giftware agents, Louise brings over two decades of real retail experience to every brand she represents. She knows this industry from both sides of the counter — and that makes all the difference.

Originally from Adelaide, Louise made Queensland home and channelled her love of beautiful things and her instinct for people into owning and operating her own lifestyle store for seven years. During that time she developed a deep knowledge of her customers, refined her eye for quality product, and learned the rhythms of retail sourcing, production and marketing from the ground up.

That foundation became the springboard for everything that followed. Louise was first approached by Nikki Morgan to represent the then-fledgling jewellery and kaftan label eb+ive in Queensland — a relationship that has now spanned more than 20 years and grown into The Kindred Co. family of Australian lifestyle brands. From there, the portfolio grew to include Elms + King, Arlington Milne, and the beautiful Salus Body — each chosen with the same care and conviction that has always defined the way Louise does business.

Honest, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in the success of every business she works with, Louise believes that the best wholesale relationships are built on trust — and she works hard every day to earn it.

When she's not in the showroom, you'll find her at home with Harry (her pup), or somewhere excellent enjoying a long lunch with family and friends.

As Louise Wilkinson Agencies' Administration and Sales extraordinaire, Karlie is the engine room that keeps everything running — from client communications and events to the kind of calm, practical problem-solving that makes the whole operation tick. After three and a half years with LWA, she has become an integral part of everything the agency does, and an equally integral part of the support system for every stockist they work with.

Before joining LWA, Karlie ran her own lifestyle photography business, bringing a creative eye and a genuine appreciation for beautiful things that still shows in everything she does today. She later added a Queensland Early Childhood Education and Care certification to her resume — just another example of someone who brings heart to everything she does.

Equal parts organised, warm, and quietly hilarious, Karlie is the person who will answer your question, remember your store's name, and somehow make you feel better about your order before the conversation is even over. The unofficial emotional support person of LWA — and proud of it.

When she's not keeping the agency running, Karlie is with her family, walking her puppy, or on her yoga mat — usually in that order.

Before joining the LWA team, Jen spent seventeen years running her own florist, gift and lifestyle store, after building a strong career in fashion retail that gave her a real eye for what sells and why. That hands-on, small business experience is exactly what makes her such a trusted part of our stockist support today.

Jen works closely with stockists on ordering, styling and shaping the vision for their stores, helping boutique owners turn buying decisions into shop floors that actually sell.

She's the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, and around the showroom she's earned the title of merchandising queen — with a visual eye stockists come back to again and again.

Capable, calm and endlessly reliable, she's the best backup anyone could ask for.
